Whistle Mountain is a tile-placement and worker placement game in which players invest their resources in the Rocky Mountains by building scaffolds, purchasing upgrades, and deploying airships to gather coal, iron, gold, and water. The player with the most victory points after the mountain floods and the game ends wins.
