Watergate

WATERGATE is a two-player card-driven game where one player acts as a Newspaper Editor, and the other plays the Nixon Administration, each with unique cards. Players move tokens on a research track and play action cards to gather or smother evidence, connect informants, or build momentum. Nixon wins by accumulating five momentum tokens before the Editor can connect two informants to the President's picture with face-up evidence tokens.
