Seas of Havoc

Seas of Havoc is a naval combat and deckbuilding game in which players command ships, gather resources during an island phase, and play cards to maneuver and fire cannons during a sea phase. The player who accumulates the most infamy from damaging opponent ships, acquiring cards, and upgrading their vessel wins.
