Quacks

Quacks is a push-your-luck bag-building game in which players draw ingredient chips from their bags to add to their cauldron. Players gain rubies and victory points based on the ingredients they drew, and then buy new ingredients for their bag. The player with the most victory points after nine rounds wins.
