Mansions of Madness is a horror game where investigators explore a location to unravel a mystery, searching for artifacts, weapons, and clues while confronting the keeper's plot. The game ends when either the investigators or the keeper achieve their objective, or when the Event deck runs out, potentially resulting in a loss for all.
