Hannibal & Hamilcar

Hannibal & Hamilcar is a two-player card-driven wargame re-enacting the First and Second Punic Wars between Carthage and Rome, where players maneuver armies and generals, fight battles, and manage political control of provinces. The game ends when one player achieves a Sudden Death Victory by controlling a key city, or if a player is forced to sue for peace due to political consequences.
