Fugitive is a 2-player hidden movement game in which one player, the Fugitive, attempts to escape by moving between hideouts, while the other player, the Marshal, tries to deduce their location and catch them. The Fugitive wins by playing their final hideout card to escape, or the Marshal wins by correctly guessing all of the Fugitive's hideouts.
